Spring has transformed a successful 15+ year career in the real estate industry into a new journey rooted in a passion for helping others. During their time in real estate, they found the most rewarding aspect of their work was supporting colleagues, fostering strong working and interpersonal relationships.
Now a Registered Psychotherapist, Sprig maintains a full client caseload and engages in regular supervision both group and dyad monthly. Through their ongoing supervision experience and speaking to others about their supervision experience, Spring identified a gap in connecting individuals seeking supervision with supervisors who align with their evolving needs and training, whether it be learning a new modality or exploring different types of supervision.
Driven by their creative and proactive ADHD brain, Spring envisioned a hub where supervisors and those in need of supervision or peer support could connect. This idea led to the creation of myccsn, the Canadian Clinical Supervisor Network.
As a compassionate therapist, Spring believes in creating a safe space for mutual growth, where the alliance between therapist and supervisee enhances the therapeutic process. A lifelong learner, Spring believes that supervision can always offer new insights and improvements, benefiting therapists at any stage of their career and enriching their reflective practice.
Spring is the co-creator of the Original CRPO Exam Prep Course alongside Shelley Whitehouse and also teaches a CRPO CBA Prep Course with Build Your Private Practice. In their downtime, Spring enjoys exploring the city of Peterborough, ON, with their partner and two dogs, or spending time with friends, especially attending Queen tribute band performances.
